Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We offer return and exchange on selected products within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as skincare products, used items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures for verification.

🔁 Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. The replacement product will be shipped after receiving the original item.

We do not offer cash refunds. In some cases, store credit or exchange will be provided.
